*Refundable after the event if the Barn and grounds are left in the same condition, repair and cleanliness as before the event.
- Rentals are for 4 hours with the option of booking one or two extra hours in advance for a fee of $500 per hour. Six hours is the maximum rental and event must end by 10pm.
- Caterers are allowed to begin setting up 3 hours prior to the event.
- There is an additional facilities fee of $850 for events exceeding 125. The renter must provide a tent and extra tables and seating.

- Portable toilet facilities are to be brought in and removed on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon through written agreement.
Rental Deposit and Cancellations
A rental deposit of $500 minimum is due upon signing of the contract. Any cancellations received within ninety days of the event will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. The balance of the full rental fee is due at least 30 days before the event. If the money is not received at that time, your event will be cancelled and all deposits will be forfeited.
